Summary Information
This course gives students the opportunity to study topics in depth and to conduct research in areas of commercial law of particular interest and value to them; on completion of the International Commercial Law route students should be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of those areas of commercial law selected for study, undertake research in any area of commercial law, demonstrate an understanding of basic legal research techniques, and make an oral and written presentation of the results of individually conducted research.
Entry requirements
A good Honours degree in law, although applicants with other appropriate qualifications are considered; students whose 1st language is not English must obtain a score of at least 6.5 in IELTS (to include 6.0 in each element) or 580 (paper-based), 237 (computer-based), 90 (internet-based) in TOEFL or equivalent.
