Summary Information
This programme is delivered in 3 distinct blocks; firstly the foundation course followed by a 2-week programme introducing prescribed legal skills and pervasive areas; finished with compulsory subjects over a 20-week programme covering business law and practice, conveyancing, litigation and advocacy; students chose 3 elective subjects over a 10-week period; the course prepares students for legal practice, and leads simultaneously to University Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Entry requirements
Qualifying law degree (preferably Upper 2nd Class) or successful completion of Common Professional Examination required, and Certificate of Eligibility from the Law Society.
