The programme aims to develop interest in, and knowledge of, economics, investment, finance and management as analytical frameworks for understanding the operations and functions of property markets and institutions.
Entry requirements
Good 2nd Class Honours degree; evidence of English language proficiency; relevant work experience considered.
Course modules
1st semester: Core modules; real estate economics; property law and institutions; valuation and finance; building technology. 2nd semester: Core modules; advanced valuation and development; international real estate; real estate finance; final stage; options: property research; corporate real estate; property investment; property case study or property dissertation (incorporating property research); approved elective: managing creativity; strategic human resource management interpersonal skills; international business; people and change; leadership and communication; industrial marketing.
