Summary Information
The programme comprises a combination of management and environmental planning modules that will provide students with an understanding of the environment, its management and the wider principles of sustainable development; all candidates studying the programme full time are required to take and satisfactorily complete 120 credits of taught modules; students are also required to complete a 15000 word thesis.
Entry requirements
Undergraduate Honours degree in any discipline; UK Honours degree upper 2nd Class; previous work experience alongside academic qualifications considered; detailed CV; may be required to achieve 600 or more in the GMAT and/or attend an interview.
Course modules
Issues in sustainability; research methods and techniques; environmental legislation; local and regional sustainability; roots of modern environmentalism; analysing and interpreting data; planning and risk management; 20 credits from QUMS options, and 20 credits from SPACE options.
