The programme develop a robust knowledge and in-depth understanding of the theory and application of coaching and how this can have an impact on an organisation to maximise individual and organisational performance.
Entry requirements
A 2nd Class Honours degree or above; alternative equivalent qualifications and experience may be approved by the academic standards committee; 2 years professional experience in line management or staff management; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 7 (with a minimum of 6.0 in all skills), TOEFL 600 (paper-based) including TWE 5, 100 (internet-based) including 20-24 in writing.
Course modules
The theory and practice of coaching; models of coaching; core coaching skills; values and beliefs, challenging mindsets; coaching in the workplace; practical applications of coaching.
