Summary Information
This course critically analyses the domestic and international impact of the major UN and European Conventions, both civil and political, as well as the socio-economic and cultural; it aims to provide a sound knowledge of the theory and the legal rules applicable to international human rights treaties and their domestic counterparts.
Entry requirements
Good Honours degree in law (2.2 or equivalent), although other appropriate qualifications are considered; those whose 1st language is not English must obtain a score of at least 6.5 in IELTS (with no less than 6.0 in any element) or 580 (paper-based), 237 (computer-based), 90 (internet-based) in TOEFL or equivalent.
