Students on this programme can tailor the award to reflect their own commercial law interests; the course has been specifically designed to equip law students and practitioners with the qualifications, expertise and knowledge necessary to operate within and better understand the complexities of international law; it also provides a sound knowledge and understanding of the organisations and institutions associated with international law; involved in the course are practical concepts underpinned by theoretical perspectives in which international law operates; there is a compulsory 15-credit single module (for students who do not have postgraduate research training), legal research methodology and the remainder of modules to be studied can be chosen from combination of modules available within the programme.
Entry requirements
Lower 2nd Class Honours degree in law or equivalent; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS score of 7.
