Coventry University
The institution
Coventry University has a long tradition as a provider of education. Our roots go as far back as Coventry College of Design in 1843. Over the last 150 years we’ve evolved to become a forward-looking, modern university with a proud reputation as a provider of high quality education and a focus on applied research.
Today, Coventry University is one of the key players in the city and occupies a prime location in the heart of Coventry.
We’re continually updating our campus in line with student needs. Over the past two years we’ve launched two exciting new additions to campus including TheHub - a thriving and vibrant facility for students and a high-tech new home for our Faculty of Engineering and Computing.
We’re widely recognised for our emphasis on enterprise and entrepreneurialism. We were awarded the title of Entrepreneurial University of the Year by the Times Higher Education, as well as the award for Outstanding Support for Students in 2011.
Postgraduate study

Coventry University has over 130 full-time and part-time postgraduate courses to choose from at our Coventry campus, not to mention our London campus. They cover everything from automotive design to nursing, law to disaster management, physiotherapy to accounting.
Postgraduate students at Coventry University also have the unique opportunity to register on an exclusive extra curricular Global Leaders Programme to enhance leadership potential and enable students to operate successfully in a global organisation. Particular highlights include insightful lectures from business leaders, trips to visit industry both in the UK and internationally and many opportunities for networking and improving communication skills.
