University of Nottingham

The University can trace its roots back to 1881 where the foundation stone was laid by the former Prime Minister W.E Gladstone and has since established itself a reputation as a world-class research-led university.

The city of Nottingham contains over 100,000 students that attend the city's universities and colleges making it very student orientated. The city is vibrant with plenty of entertainment on offer. The city centre is only ten minutes away from the Universities campuses when travelling by bus or bike and combines heritage and history with contempory culture. The University has recently opened two overseas campuses in Malaysia and China.
